How does the OwnTheLand.com buying process work?

Basically, there are two ways you can purchase land property through OwnTheLand.com. If you have a reasonably investment amount, you can purchase these properties with all cash at the deepest discount price, so your equity amount in the parcel is at the highest. Within days, you will receive 100% ownership (title deed) to your purchased property. You are now an owner of FREE & CLEAR property.

If you want the land parcel, but you don't have or don't want to put more cash into the property, then we can work with you using our Easy-2-Buy NO CREDIT CHECK Seller financing program, where you can bid or negotiate your initial investment while making monthly installments over time, until the balance is paid in full.

Who pays the property taxes while I am paying for my land parcel?

 

 

If you are using our Easy-2-Buy Seller Financing Program then the annual property taxes will prorated monthly and included with your monthly installments.  Property taxes for land is extremely cheap compared to residential properties, typically less than a few hundred dollars.  OwnTheLand.com will pay the county taxes for you on this program.

 
 
 
Do I have to pay in full or can I make payments over time?

What type of payments do you accept?

 

 

OwntheLand will accept cashier's checks, money orders, bank wire transfers, and debit & credit cards even US gold & silver bullion.  

 

 

Your charge cards can pay for the full purchase or the down payment.  Monthly installments can paid using your credit cards as well.  We can arrange for your payments to be on Auto Pay with our third-party loan servicing agency.

 

 
Who are the owners of these land parcels?

 

 

OwntheLand's principals are the sole owners or we have a vested interest in these properties listed for sale. Each land parcel sold has free & clear title easily transferable to you or your entity. 

 

 

 

 

 

How is the ownership (title) transfered to me?
 

Ownership is transferred to you by a title deed once the property has been purchased in full. There are a few different title deeds used in the U.S.  The title deed for your property will depend on the state where your land purchese is located ( per state laws) and the previous purchase deeds on each property (title chain).

 
 

 

Who holds the title, when I'm financing my land?

 

OwntheLand and/or it's Principals/Land Trusts hold the title (ownership) of the property.  Some properties may be held in the name of a Land Trust to make transferring title over to you easier without access costs to both parties.
